Ghilgai Steiner Playgroup is tucked away within the beautiful bushland setting of Ghilgai Steiner School. We offer a warm haven for families to come together to share experiences, find support and create community.
Our purpose is to protect early childhood and strengthen family life. In these weekly play-based sessions, we follow the seasonal rhythm of the year – sharing songs, stories, craft and healthy food to create a joyful environment for the children and families.
The groups are suitable for children aged 0 – 5yrs. A soft rhythm allows each session to flow in an unhurried pace, led by an experienced early child educator who holds the space and offers a nurturing environment of support and guidance for both parents and children.
Parents enjoy the social warmth of a shared experience over a cup of tea and simple craft activities, while the child are allowed the freedom to explore the beautiful natural setting.
In 2026 Playgroup is offered on:
Mondays 9.15am – 12.15pm
Tuesdays from 9.15am – 11.15pm
Thursdays from 9.15am – 11.15am
